We publish your event on our fan card and mail it to our 640+ mailing list. Additionally we post your event on our web site and email our schedule to our e-mail list. We qualify our mailing list every year and event cards are mailed to our fans 1-1/2 weeks before the first event listed on the card. The card lists the name, day, date, address/location, phone, admission cost, and time of the event.
